web-bhs-05 seems to have stabilised and is handling the traffic well.

Since the deploy barely made a blip on web-bhs-05, and that @lavamind
confirmed through benchmarks -06 should behave the same, throw the
precautions out the window and just deploy -06 directly.

We're handling the load fine so far. 3mbps, almost no mark on CPU/RAM
usage. Of course, now we'll have a *lot* more traffic coming through,
but we can always revert. And we'll have 5 mirrors after this, so the
load will be smaller than the actual final load.
