  - Include <arpa/inet.h> for the BSDs that don't get ntohl from any of
    the other includes.
  - Fix compilation for GCC 4.6 and Mac OS X.
  - Add an extra_stats.py switch and a new truncate-data.py script to
    truncate .data and .extradata files to contain only the last 4 days.
  - Log timestamps for every 10% of received bytes to .data files.
