The language-specific configuration snippets come from the various
*/66-lohit-*.conf files from
https://github.com/pravins/lohit/tree/18c9c58c78029e6568c2e570f29e089201af5903.
That revision appears to be the one from which lohit-ttf-20140220 was
made.

They are in the "fonts" directory next to the firefox executable, the
directory that is activated by --enable-bundled-fonts in
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=998844.

It limits font selection to those font files found in the Browser/fonts
directory, and standardizes settings such as hinting and antialiasing.

Put "fonts" in alpha version number.
