We should perform all network activity beforehand, so builds can be done
on an offline machine.

Don't sanitize git commit names. They are authenticated for us.

The Firefox build tree has a lot of files. Rsync is faster than scp for this.

Allow '@' and '+' in sanitized strings.

Firefox needs to use '@' for extension filenames, and '+' is needed for g++
cross-compiler wrapper scripts.

Fix sudo issue with LXC.
