TARGET_TOOLS_PREFIX can now be stored as GECKO_TOOLS_PREFIX in .var.profile
file [1]. This breaks profile-symbolicate.

profile-symbolicate now search for both TARGET_TOOLS_PREFIX and
GECKO_TOOLS_PREFIX.
