In macOS/Windows since you spawn instead of forking all arguments to the target process need to be serializable with pickle. In here I do two things: * The module_closure does not have to be a closure, but we can pass the arguments directly to the module call and put the logic in the main function * The closure for wrapping the python function calls with torsocks is moved directly into the module_call function body which it makes it unnecessary to have to serialize it

Not doing so leads to exitmap failing on macOS and windows where the default is to use spawn instead of fork for multiprocessing (see: https://docs.python.org/3/library/multiprocessing.html#contexts-and-start-methods)

This is a simple module, based on the dnspoison one, helping with the major problem we found during reachability testing of exit nodes: DNS is sometimes misconfigured/broken causing a bad user experience due to long timeouts. Closes: #2.

Instead of start taking as exit candidates de relays with exit policy and later filter them those relays that have also EXIT flag, take either the set of relays with EXIT flag or exit policy, whatever is greater and later restrict that set depending on the module and/or parameters. Also add debug logging lines to show which relays are being selected and when. Closes #35.
